I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic with soft beds and lots of pillows, equipped with an interior security lock. They were roomy, clean, and had a modern look throughout. The service was top-notch, always going out of their way to accommodate my needs in a timely fashion. The location was great, shaded from the sun most of the day, and conveniently close to the Gallerias Mall and the Museum. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious and well-priced options, although the buffet was overpriced for its quality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with some minor drawbacks.
